Processing of various new claims & changes in circs generated by customer's reporting changes online on the council website or via UC documents received electronically and uploaded onto our document imaging system.
Only unusual or out of the ordinary one was for a new claim for hb for a customer in temporary, homeless accommodation who had moved in in October 2019 and moved out in early December 2019. The claim form was submitted after he had vacated so the whole of the claim period was a backdate which we allowed.
Submitted further evidence on Skilsure. Continued with OU & BKSB online learning.
