28/10/19 to 03/11/19 More processing of UC ATLAS which is priority due to the volume received. Had a home visit on Tuesday for a new ctr claim for a pensioner who was unable to access our services. Once ctr is awarded I can submit as evidence for Quality Service Delivery. Also had week 5 telephone review with Sandeep. Continued with Maths course on BKSB as Sandeep identified that the 'Fractions' part of the Maths course was still not at the required level. Didn't do any more on the Open University Safeguarding course pending decision on whether we have to complete it or not. Finished going through Appendix 1 Evidence Guidance document. Did an action plan of what claims and examples I need too find. Sandeep has identified 4 particular types of evidence to submit by 03/12/2019. Identified 2 examples for Professional Scepticism and uploaded to Skilsure. The 2 are similar but the first one is from an older person who might not have been trying to mislead us. The...
21/10/19 to 27/10/19. More automatic atlas updates for ctr claimants in receipt of UC ; miscellaneous work as follows - to end hb claim for people leaving homeless accommodation, amending wages for claimant providing new payslip(s) after also checking wages via WURTI system, putting older ctr claims into payment following receipt of UC award info ((refusing a backdate request for one of them), processing changes of address including one who might now have an entitlement to hb when she didn't at the old address. Home visits arranged for two customers of pension age who require assistance. Started to prepare evidence submission for K4 Customers (Understanding who our customers are) and possibly also for S1 Quality Service Delivery. Also an error came to light which I have put right. More information required though so not ready to submit for B1 Accountability.
14/10/19 to 20/10/19 Back to usual work role. Catching up on work that came in last week whilst I was at Kirklees College on the block learning week. Updating claims Monday & Tuesday following receipt of ATLAS Universal Credit updates. Updating claims following diary entries I had set to check on earnings for 2 customers that had temporarily reduced their earnings. Thursday was my first day of course work - continued with BKSB English & Maths online courses. Commenced the Open University Cyber Security online learning course. Completed Week One. Uploaded further evidence onto Skilsure. Updated blog.

07/10/19 to 13/10/19

Course Induction week at Kirklees College. Sandeep gave us a course overview. We then went through & discussed the following topics : British values, diversity, citizenship, health & safety, mental health awareness, functional skills, anti-radicalisation (particularly the Prevent programme), welfare benefits and, in particular, Universal Credit. This went towards K1, K4 & K5 modules. We started to make plans to do a voluntary work project also.

Enrolled on Level 4 Apprenticeship course. Completed & passed Maths & English tests.
