16/12/19 to 22/12/19 Processing of various new claims & changes in circs generated by customer's reporting changes online on the council website or via UC documents received electronically and uploaded onto our document imaging system. Only unusual or out of the ordinary one was for a new claim for hb for a customer in temporary, homeless accommodation who had moved in in October 2019 and moved out in early December 2019. The claim form was submitted after he had vacated so the whole of the claim period was a backdate which we allowed. Submitted further evidence on Skilsure. Continued with OU & BKSB online learning.

09/12/19 to 15/12/19 Off work due to illness at the start of this week. Study day on Thursday - continued with online Maths & English. Uploaded further cases as evidence for consideration for K2, S3.1, S7.1 & S7.2. May require some amendments as haven't quoted legislation applied.

02/12/19 to 08/12/19 One-to-One this week with assessor, Sandeep. As a result of guidance & advice received I revised & resubmitted evidence originally submitted on 07/11/2019. However I struggled to find details of 2 other cases dealt with in order to revise & resubmit as I cannot recall the customers details from memory and the evidence has no identifying for confidentiality reasons and the cases were completed over a month ago so I am struggling to find them on our document imaging system or archived emails. More online English coursework on BKSB website.
