26/01/20 to 01/02/20 More ATLAS items to process. Telephone & email exchange with a claimant whose partner moved in last year. Her address history on CIS indicated she moved in several months earlier to date he gave us and also that wasn't registered at previous address. Customer provided addresses which were all outside Kirklees. Previous address on CIS was her ex-husbands so I had been doubtful it was correct & was happy to accept info that claimant provided. Debate at work about start dates of HB claims when claimant moves into a new address during the first week of the tenancy. Revised & resubmitted six lots of evidence on Skilsure on my study day.

19/01/20 to 25/01/20. New potential evidence examples this week - for a new claim processed plus for revising a decision. The 5 student/apprentices had a meeting to discuss our citizenship task - what to do to fulfil the requirements etc. We started to make enquiries about possible events upcoming that we could attend to promote out service. Revised a resubmitted 2 evidence examples previously submitted. Evidence amended as per feedback & comments from course assessor.

13/01/20 to 18/01/20 Awarded ctr for a customer's previous address that had somehow never been awarded. I had received details of her change of address but couldn't see why she had not had ctr credited to her ctax a/c for the old address. I was able to award the ctr right back to 26/02/18 as we had received an electronic claim document as a result of a UC claim back then but at that time but we didn't have our work processes sorted out and were inviting people to claim rather than treating those electronic documents as actual claims. Other processing was more straightforward this week. Lots of ATLAS also as usual.

06/01/20 to 12/01/20 Quiet day on Monday. No unusual claims. Had a day off on Tuesday. I don't work Wednesdays. Northgate system down on Thursday & again on Friday. Study day on Thursday. Had week 15 telephone review with tutor. Commenced revision of 8 cases submitted as evidence. Agreed with line manager that could have further study time on Friday to continue with revising evidence.

30/12/19 to 05/01/20 Mostly not in work and only worked short days as usual workplace closed for the holidays. Email 'housekeeping' for several hours. Study day on 02/01/20. Back to normal from 03/01/20.

23/12/19 TO 29/12/19 No Level 4 Apprenticeship work done this week. Had an unusual scenario with a claim where I have revised a decision made in Aug/Sept 2019 that caused hb entitlement to cease. The decision was to impose a maximum non-dependant deduction and was absolutely correct at the time. Claimant has now been awarded PIP and this has been backdated to the start of the year. As PIP is a designated benefit I can add it as income from the start pf the award & this changes the decision made in Aug/Sept. To submit as evidence for S2.4 on Skilsure.
